Tony Lewis – Purchasing Officer and Senior Wine Consultant

Tony arrived from UK in the mid 1970’s to be the first DJ at the Tok-H complex in Toorak. This was his night job but by day, he got involved running their bottle shop. Soon after, he joined the family owned premium wine store – Crittendens where his wine training began. A short stink at Glenhuntly Cellars gave him a strong knowledge of aged Australian wines. During the stage, he also became involved in the Victorian Wine Show where he was senior chief steward for nine years.

He began working at Winebins – a short 18 years ago! His DJ experience comes in handy when he joins Harry Heidelberg as a co-presenter on The Wine Program every Sunday morning.

Will Gluth

Will, after some years of flirtation, finally fell in love with wine over a lunchtime half-bottle of Coriole Shiraz 1972 purchased from the old Jimmy Watson shop and cache in Little Bourke Street in 1976. After sometime as a dedicated customer, he was miraculously transmogrified into their cellar-master.

Here at Winebins, history repeats itself: Will the customer has remarkably become your loyal (and much more vinously experienced!) advisor.
